FAQ
Unfortunately the flower walls are deconstructed when not in use and during transport hence will require one of our staff to build onsite.
Outdoor locations are a case by case basis. It is important to consider that although the walls are free standing, they are very sensitive to the wind. So if you are going to place the wall outside, it must have a back support or a pole/tree nearby so we can tie it securely for it not to topple.
If there is a chance of rain, the walls must be placed undercover
We prefer to finalise placement to ensure that the wall is secured.
Flower walls are offered for hire on a 5 hourly basis. This is to match the photo booth hire time. If you need more time please reach out and let us know. If selected the standard booking time our team will arrive, set up and leave the flower wall in position for your event and return either after the event or the following day to pack down. We will contact your venue to arrange convenient bump in and bump out time.
We understand that accidents do happen, we require a bond for our hire items. If something does break, we will let you know the amount we require to cover the breakage. If it is equal to the cost of replacement value, the amount will be deducted from the bond or invoiced to the customer. If not, you are responsible for covering any additional costs required to cover the breakage.
