We can create bespoke packages to suit every individual need, the possibilities really are endless so please do get in touch with us to discuss your requirements. We are the Northwests original Candy Buffet and Pick n Mix hire Company many try to imitate but none compare to us!

(We only use fresh sweets for you, any sweets we use are yours to keep, we do not reuse sweets in any circumstance, some people offer a Pick n Mix stands and candy buffets based on bag usage over a 2 hour period etc, the only way this can work is any unused sweets carry over to the next wedding or event, not sure about you but we’re not too fond of the idea that 400 other hands have probably been in the sweets prior to yours!!!)

FAQ

A venue coordinator is different to a stylist/wedding coordinator as their main responsibility is the venue. We will work with you closely covering all aspects of the wedding from start to finish (not just the reception set up). Our objective is for you to have a stress-free, enjoyable day from as soon as you are awake until you leave in your get-away car. Any questions that need answered will be directed to us. And at the end of the day, we work for you and not the venue.

In addition to props and event styling, we also hire out DJs, photographers, videographers, neon lighting, AV, flower walls, festoon lighting lasers, photo booths, indoor fireworks and much more. We can also hire you the musicians and bands.

We can also supply you with AV equipment, lighting, lasers, photo booths, light up letters, DJs, sound engineers – whatever you need to make your gig a huge success.

The customer is responsible for the items from when they are signed over during delivery. If an item is broken then we will try to find the best way to repair it and will invoice the customer the repair costs not exceeding the total value of the item.

Dry Hire means that props are delivered to, and collected from, a loading bay (or equivalent) by a single driver only and the hirer must provide unloading/loading assistance to the driver. For those who would like some help to install the props we can offer an Install & De-Rig Service

Yes. You can collect the props from our warehouse in Brookvale. This is by appointment only. You must ensure the vehicle you bring is large enough to accommodate the props you are collecting and that no damage is incurred fitting the props into your vehicle and transporting them. Please check in advance with your inLight Studios customer service representative as to whether the vehicle you plan to collect the props in will be large enough for their safe transportation.

inLight Studios can take care of everything, from the delivery of your props to setting them up, or if you would like us to help with the dressing or theming of your venue. All install and de-rig pricing is individually priced so please contact a member of our sales team for a quote here.

Payment in full is required prior to the commencement of the hire.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, VISA Debit or electronic bank transfer.  You can either browse our website and send us an email for a quote including transport charges, or simply phone us.  Either way, you will need to contact us in order for us to process your order.
