FAQ
When you hire a neon sign from us you’ll also be sent a dimmer and remote which offers a range of brightness settings, ON & OFF option. There’s also Party Modes that make the neon lights flash, flicker and pulse.
We recommend that you slightly dim the brightness when taking photos in front of the sign, using it in a photo booth or as a feature in wedding photos. This will help with exposure and produce better photos.
All of our signs are handmade from high quality PVC & acrylic, and feature low voltage flexible neon LED. Lightweight and super bright, our NR neons are mounted on clear, durable acrylic backboard.
The majority of neon signs that we supply are for internal use, and come mounted either inside an acrylic case, or on an acrylic panel (making them easily portable), complete with a normal mains plug, which can be plugged into an accessible plug socket. The sign simply needs to be fixed onto the wall, or suspended from chain that we will supply. Neon signs for permanent external use, and some large internal neon signs, will require specialist installation.
Our Neons come with standard 12V Australian Power cords so you can plug it in and simply turn it on.
You will receive with your sign:
- 1-2 metres of clear cord that is attached to the sign
- 1 x Adaptor + Transformer with a 1-2 metre cord, which connects to the clear cord and plugs into the wall
For custom orders we can supply a remote control if you choose, just let us know in your quote request form.
All of our neons come with holes in the backing to hang them up on hooks or from a stand or wherever you choose. We recommend using fishing line, wire or something similar to hang them – just be sure to use a secure knot!
Custom neons come with a 12 month warranty which covers all faulty items when used appropriately.
Please allow between 3 and 5 weeks for your custom neon to be manufactured and delivered to you. Each piece is handmade to design. If you need it sooner, please let us know and we will try and accommodate (express fee applies to rush orders).
